HDFC Capital's Successful Exit from Total Environment Project in Bengaluru
HDFC Capital exits Total Environment project in Bengaluru, generating a return of Rs 298 crore.
The investment of Rs 229 crore was made in a residential project named "Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody" in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Total Environment, a reputed developer, provided a return of Rs 527 crore to HDFC Capital.
Total Environment also returned Rs 250 crore against other investments made by HDFC Capital in FY 2023-24. "This exit is a big milestone for all our stakeholders, having witnessed significant value creation, and we're looking forward to creating further value for all our stakeholders through the ongoing investments by HDFC Capital," said Kamal Sagar, Founder, Total Environment.
The successful exit highlights HDFC Capital's strategy of partnering with top-rated developers.
Total Environment, founded in 1996, has delivered 5.5 million sq.ft of residential and commercial space, with 14 million sq.ft currently under construction.
