Karan Bhagat, the founder, managing director, and CEO of 360 ONE (formerly IIFL Wealth & Asset Management), has purchased two luxury sea-view apartments in Mumbai's prestigious Worli locality for Rs 170 crore. The apartments, situated on the 45th and 46th floors of the Three Sixty West project, cover a combined area of 12,900 sq ft. Bhagat will also have exclusive access to eight car parking slots. The transaction, at Rs 1.31 lakh per sq ft, is among the highest on a per sq ft basis in India. Bhagat's company, 360 ONE, is one of India's leading asset and wealth management firms, managing over $56.3 billion in assets for around 7,200 prominent families and institutions globally. The apartments were purchased from Oberoi Realty, a joint venture partner in the project, which had previously acquired them from Sahana Group. Bhagat paid Rs 6.44 crore in stamp duty for the transaction, highlighting the scale of the deal. Three Sixty West is a mixed-use development featuring The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and luxury residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton. This deal adds to a series of high-value real estate transactions in the project, including the purchase of a luxury penthouse by Oberoi Realty for Rs 230.55 crore.
